Product Overview
Aerogel Board is a rigid, flat nano-porous insulation panel made from high-purity silica aerogel compounded with a high-strength inorganic reinforcing substrate, finished through precise compound moulding and constant-temperature curing. The board is supplied as a true panel in 600 x 1000 mm or 1200 x 1000 mm stock sizes, with cut-to-size service for OEMs and project contractors.
Different from the soft Aerogel Blanket, this product is a self-supporting skin: it does not sag, delaminate or compress under external pressure, and it cuts cleanly on site with no powdering at the cut edge. It is the upgraded rigid insulation material for industrial furnace walls, high-temperature duct casings, modular equipment enclosures and building fire-rated partitions where the insulation layer also serves as a structural cladding.
