Product Overview
Ceramic Fiber Module is a pre-engineered lining block made by folding and compressing ceramic fibre blanket into a dense unit with a built-in stainless-steel anchor. Unlike blanket, which is stacked course by course on site, the module arrives folded, compressed and ready to be anchored straight to the furnace shell, so the lining goes up in blocks instead of layers. Five temperature grades from 1260 C to 1430 C let the designer grade the lining zone by zone.
The compressed fold means the module ships under restraint and expands against its neighbours once the retaining bands are cut, closing the joints between blocks. That is the main reason a modular lining has fewer field joints than a stacked blanket lining, and why the shell can be closed faster.

Application Scenarios
This product is used for new furnace construction and for retrofit relining of existing shells, on furnace walls, roofs, door panels and combustion zones. Because grades can be mixed, the hot zone can carry a zirconium-containing block while cooler zones carry a standard grade, which is the usual way to balance lining cost against zone temperature.
Factory & Service Advantages
Huaci folds, compresses and anchors the blocks in-house, so module geometry, anchor shape and alloy can be tailored to the shell drawing before production starts. Anchor alloy is spectroscopically verified ahead of mass production. Blocks are packed in five-layer waterproof export cartons with plastic inner bags, palletised and stretch-wrapped, with an additional waterproof covering on the pallet top for sea freight.
